Summer Camp Locations:

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 20 Centennial Dr., Tobermory, ON N0H 2R0

  • Tues/Thurs: 7347 Hwy 6, Tobermory, ON N0H 2R0

Camp Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.– 4 p.m.

Drop Off: 8:30 a.m.– 9 a.m. // Pick Up: 4 p.m.– 5 p.m.

Registration Details

  • Registration for all summer programming is completed online through Amilia. Registration will open the beginning of May.

  • To register your child for the Tobermory Children’s Camp, you will first need to create an online account. The setup process is quick and simple:

    • Sign Up: Click "Login/Signup" and select "Sign up" to create a new personal account.

    • Enter Details: Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password.

    • Verify Email: A 6-digit code will be emailed to you. Enter this code into the prompt to complete verification.

    • Add Members: After verifying, you can add family members to your account, such as children, for future registrations.

Registration Options

  • Families may choose between two options: Weekly Registration or Daily (Drop‑In) Registration. Both are designed to support different scheduling needs.

  • Weekly Registration

    • Ideal for campers attending on a consistent basis

    • Covers the full week; the weekly rate applies to all days Monday to Friday

    • Offers a reduced per‑day cost

    • Recommended for families seeking regular participation

    Rate: $35/day or $245/week

    Deposit: A non‑refundable 25% deposit ($61.25) is required at checkout

    Payment: May be paid in full or in installments; all fees due 2 weeks before the start date

    Deadline: Weekly registration must be completed at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Daily (Drop‑In) Registration

    • Perfect for families needing maximum flexibility

    • Register for individual days without a weekly commitment

    • If you plan to register for multiple drop‑ins throughout the summer, please contact Katie Oblak at tobermorychildrenscamp@gmail.com with any questions. A payment schedule can be provided upon request, and we are happy to help you review options or set up a plan that works for your family.

    Rate: $45/day

    Deadline: Drop‑in registration must be completed at least 1 day in advance

Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if notice is not received by 4:30 p.m. at least 7 days before the first day your child is scheduled to attend.

  • If notice is given after this deadline, 50% of the program cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Discounts

  • 10% sibling discount for families registering multiple children

  • 10% multi‑week discount applied to your total order
